What a night! The temperature was great and so was the crowd!
Both front doors worked feverishly to get everyone in quickly, and there were plenty of people coming in, the PH was packed! With the beautiful Christmas trees andLights, Susan so generously garnishes the Courtyard with, and the cool crisp night air, the night felt magical! For the first time we had a ball fall at midnight and the sky filled with fireworks.
If you were not in attendance, you missed a great event! The Footlight Players 10pm show was The Best of 2011 and after the Tiffany concert at 1am they had the ALL NEW for 2012 show - Both were GREAT!

The Footlight Players had a special Neon Revue.
As with all Blacklight Parties, it's hard to get good pictures in the dark and if you use a flash, you loose the blacklight effect.

The Parade was washed out but THE SHOW MUST GO ON, and it did, as expected the girls worked it hard! |

Pride in Orlando is in October - Reason being, is that we have Gay Days the first weekend in June and over a 100,000 gay visitors in Orlando for that, plus its so hot in June that when we moved it to Oct. the parade and crowd got GIANT! This year however a late season tropical rain set in for 3 days and the parade festival had to be changed to Nov. 13 but for the Parliament House - THE SHOW MUST GO ON! So, from RuPaul's Drag Race we had Delta Work - Nina Flowers - Ongina and Jesica Wild join The Footlight Players for a Show to stop all Shows! The PH of course was filled to the gills with pride loving people from all over the state.

| Every year we have this very fun, charity event, where the vegas style game tables come out and all the monies made at the tables goes to Hope and Help! The Footlight Players work the stage with Vegas style acts and gets everyone in the mood to work the tables and give to Hope and Help while having a great time playing all the games with a strong cocktail in hand. |

If you didnt have or want to make a Toga, we had a Toga booth making fantastic Togas to order for only $10. and that got you able to enter the Toga Contest for a $300.00 Prize!
The Footlight Players were grand as always and the giant beautifully fleshy crowd was very pleasant on the eyes to say the least. Check it all out...you will be glad you did....Sorry this took longer than normal to get these pics up but our fantastic photographer David from "Just In Time Photography" had a computer issue which delayed him getting the pictures to me and I have been working to get the server ready for a possible hurricaine that was headed to FL - thankfully, it looks like we have missed this one but it now is headed for NY, OH MY. |

That's right, Salt 'N' Pepa LIVE on the big stage at the PH!
How many thousands of people can the PH hold - lets just say many, many of them, and this night we needed every square inch we had, the crowd was not disapointed though, Salt 'N' Pepa worked it hard for 50 min. WHAT A SHOW!
The giant FOAM Party Pit was open at the lakeside area as well the Adult Video Stars and Vendors with the food court ready to fill your late night hunger!
The Footlight Players worked it hard with many production numbers and costumes!
The giant John Best Stage with the Lasers made a big impression on everyone, to say the least!

Throw in a few thousands fun loving Gay Day revelers, a food court to keep you going, Porn Stars, Vendors, The Footlight Players Shows, A Laser Show from John Best Productions that wow'd everyone on a stage fit for Miss Striesand herself and you have what the Parliament House calls Gaydays and it is by far the place that guarantees you a GIANT crowd, top not entertainment at a reasonable price! As always, a great night was had by all! |

| Gay DayS Kick Off Party with Pleasure Island at The Parliament House |

Gayday is now over 20 years old! Tradition dictates that the kick off party for Gay Day at Disney was at Manaqueens at Disney's Pleasure Island, where every night at midnight they had New Year's Eve and fireworks as well as the Pleasure Island Live DJ that played in the streets.
Inside, Dancers on the stage above the revolving dance floor did routines every 30 minutes.
Since Disney closed down Pleasure Islands bars and nightclubs a few years ago, the Parliament House has picked it up with PI @ PH, and 3 years into it, IT IS THE PLACE TO BE!
We had the PH Live DJ - Dancers every 30 minutes, "Let's Get It Started" and everyone's favorite "Phantom of the Opera", New Year's Eve and a kick'n show with The Footlight Players!
You will not want to miss this fantastic event next year, oh what fun it is! All rounded off with the BIGGEST LASER SHOW IN GAYDAYS HISTORY! And with no cover until 11 and drink specials, it was a good night on your wallet as well! That is all that was outside, inside was Latin Night with a latin DJ and Shows which was also packed to the rafters with fun out of town people looking to kick of Gay Days! AND THEY DID JUST THAT! |

The place was packed to the rafters, and so many white Gods and Godesses roaming everywhere!
With RuPaul's Drag Race Season 3 Girls - Shangela, JuJu Bee, Alexis Mateo, Yara Sofia all 4 on stage wowing the thousands of spectators!
Everyone who wanted a picture with the girls and an autograph got one after the show in the cast Meet-N-Greet.
Susan had once again, out done herself, with white decorations!
The Footlight Players as usuall were flawless!
This is absolutly one of my favorite parties of the year, the weather is not too hot, the humidity low and white fills the air.....don't miss this party next year! |

This is always a big weekend with over 800 handsome gay softball players in town for the annual Meltdown Tournament!
With 2 great shows from The Footlight Players and a great concert from Cazwell and his boys singing his very gay songs like Ice Cream Truck and yes Susan had a Ice Cream Truck in the courtyard selling Ice Cream of all varieties.
It was a cool crisp night which made it just right for a crowd this big.
After the concert Cazwell signed autographs and took pictures with all his fans. |

The night air was cool and crisp but not to cool, perfect for a giant party with thousands of bodies!
The Footlight Players worked hard with a best of 2010 show and a all new show for 2011.
If you have never been to the PH for New Year's, its magical, with all the Christmas decorations and lights still up, 2 Footlight Player Shows, Free chocolate dipping, the dropping of the PH ball at midnight, fireworks, followed by a live concert by Ultra Nate' and drinking and dancing until 3am!
If you're lucky and have reservations for the annual New Year's Dinner in the Rainbow Cafe' then you also had a fantastic romantic dinner to kick the evening off in style. From time to time, through the year, the Rainbow Cafe' has special dinners, they sell out fast with 3 seatings all sold out, so reservations are pretty much the norm. Try it, you will like it. |

Every year The Parliament House does the biggest GAY Holiday, HALLOWEEN, twice. The Saturday before Oct. 31 and again on Oct. 31. This year it was back to back with Sunday being Oct. 31.

Pride Weekend! It's just a great time, since Orlando has the biggest gay party in the world in June, GAYDAYS, we moved PRIDE to October when the weather is GREAT and everyone loves it! The weekend went from a few thousand at the parade to this year over 70,000 people and that is according to the Orlando Police Departments count and that is up 20,000 from last year! Make plans to be here next year, Pride in October has turned into a monster event!
It all starts with Saturday night at the PH and this year it was a Pride Explosion with contestants from RuPaul's Drag Race starting with the winner of season II, Tyra Sanchez! Plus, Nina Flowers, Ongina and JujuBee all joining The Footlight Players for a night of flawless drag!
After the Pride Explosion Show a meet and greet and photos with the stars finished this entertainment filled night!

This annual event draws hungry men from all over the southeast!
I mean thousands and thousands of summer clad studs.
3 Shows with The Footlight Players and 9 whole smoked hogs and all the Luau side dishes to go with it. A very delicious traditional meal we do every Labor Day!
By the time midnight rolled around, the PH was once again packed wall to wall.
Like every Sunday T-Dance there was NO COVER!

Kelis, one of the biggest current names in the recording biz and what a crowd she drew!
You can see by these pictures that the PH was packed to the rafters! Eye Candy Super Center!
Kelis wore out the crowd with her hits and then had a meet and greet in The Footlight Theater after the show.
The Footlight Players with special guest Maya Anderews and Tasha Long for both shows and if you missed Tasha in the first show, you missed her strip down to NADA.

Susan had decorated magnifacently in the Fire & ICE theme.
A costume contest to the best Fire and ICE and the winner won VIP tickets to see Kelis and a weekend for 2 in Fort Lauderdale's Worthington Guest House! So you know the outfits were good and very entertaining!
The Footlight Players were great as always!

Orlando is full of Gay people from all over the world and they are ready for a party!
The Parliament House was packed - Deborah Gibson was live in concert and what a concert it was with 3 costume changes, 3 hot dancers and she played keyboards as well - what a talent and insperation she was to all that attended! The Footlight Players wore it out on the big pool stage which for Gay Days is set lavish with lights, sound, fog and lots of glitter and glam! Throw in a courtyard full of hot adult film and magazine boys/men and sure enough, it's a PARTY!

Gay Days turns 20 this year! For most of that time the traditional kick off party was at Pleasure Island at Disney on the Thursday before Gay Day Weekend. Since Disney closed down the night clubs at Pleasure Island a few years back, the PH picked up the lead with the biggest best no cover until 11 party in town and that is why we call it PI @ PH!
It was jammed packed with early Gay Days goers eager to take advantage of no cover until 11pm! The Footlight Players had a giant production filled and costume heavy drag show from hell! | Memorial Weekend with JujuBee & Jessica Wild from RuPauls Drag Race |

Those girls from RuPauls Drag Race can really pull in a crowd! Having the Parliament House decorated for Gay Days which is just in the next few days added to the celebration with a air of excitemtne that the 10 days of insanity has begun!
The Footlight Players have been working for months with costuming and dance moves to make this next 10 days special and worthy of the biggest party in the world! On Saturday with JujuBee and Jessica Wild they ROCKED THE HOUSE! Just Fantastic!
Everyone got autographs from JujuBee and Jessica Wild and also got a picture with them if they choose. Many of the pictures will be posted here as the weekend progresses.
Tomorrow on Sunday, A Giant T Dance with a FREE B.B.Q. and many pictures from that day to also be posted here.
Monday "Memorial Day" Expect lots of pool party pictures posted here.

| Black Light Night III - Under The Big Top |

The Parliament House has mastered the "Black Light"! The decorations were just simply magnifacent, thanks to the wonderful work of Nicole from Utopia Productions and the hard work of the bartenders! The theme "Under The Big Top", was carried out from one end of the bar to the other. As you will see, taking a picture with a flash in black light...well, you dont get the GLOWING effects. You will have to imagine what it looked like with TONS of black light, making everything glow like crazy.

Once again, what a great night!
Very Crowded - It all started with a fashion show to fun a cure for HIV and the evening just got better and better with tons of Scantily dressed studs in shimmering white and the Best Entertainment in Florida with the Footlight Players and Special Guest from all over the south -
Kitty Meow from Miami, Chyna Girl from South Beach, Charlie Brown from Atlanta, Sonia De La Cruz from Jacksonville and Robyn Demornay from Tampa then add in The Footlight Players with some very well done production numbers and you have the best darn night EVER!

Every year once the Parliament House is decorated for the Christmas season with many hundreds of thousands of lights we have a Free event where Santa arrives to turn on the lights and give out presents then a free concert of Christmas Carols from the Mistletones choir.
After the Light up the Courtyard there was pictures with Santa that the money raised went to Hope and Help. If you got your picture taken with Santa there is a good chance you will see it here. |

The PH was packed to the rafters most in some form of white. The white characters roamed everywhere, the energy was as high as I have seen it in a good long while. The crowning Jewel was possibly the best drag show I have seen, with MacCavity, Joy Brooks, Miz Cory and Tori Holdens sang live her new song "She's a Queen" with The Footlight Players scattered throughout to a giant finale with the giant pool stage filled to capacity and fireworks going off over the heads of the many thousands. Halloween is always one of the biggest parties of the year! We normally take $2,000.00 and split it into 2 nights, the Saturday before Halloween and the night of Halloween with each nights costume contest winner getting $1,000.00. THIS YEAR WE DOUBLED IT and made it WINNER TAKE ALL! Massive crowds on Friday, Oct. 31 Halloween Night. Then we did it again the next night on Saturday, Nov. 1st. to equally impressive crowds! I took pictures both nights plus many were sent in. I have put them all in this one photo album. If you were in costume there is a very good chance you will see yourself here. There were SO many people and SO MANY GREAT COSTUMES that not all got pictures but many did, check them out, the costumes were wonderful! |

The cost was only $10.00 and all the funds raised were for the always fabulous Fringe Festival. It really kicked off the Saturday before the first Halloween contest in scary style!
